Valleluz towers majestically on the mountain at the entrance to the bay of Puerto de Andratx.
The area immediately below the plot is a so-called "Zona Verde" and may not be developed as per the Spanish authorities.
Valleluz lies on a headland in the extreme southwest of Mallorca.
Imagine standing at the lighthouse in the middle of the bay of Puerto de Andratx and revolving around yourself. Then you would probably point to Valleluz and say: There I want to build a house.
From the property you enjoy a 180° panorama of the open sea, the bay, the port and the beginnings of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains.
The sunset is followed by the no less beautiful evening atmosphere.
The Balearic Islands are famous for their beautiful and sometimes spectacular sunsets. In Valleluz you can enjoy them all year round.
When the lights go on in the bay and the yachts enter the safe harbour, Valleluz has booked the box seat for you.
The place Puerto de Andratx has kept a certain authenticity and relaxedness, although or just because it is also the hotspot of international luxury residents.
The sunset is also the best moment to relax and dine in one of the many restaurants along the promenade.

Valleluz and the
last ray of light

Why did the Mallorcans call this beautiful valley the Valley of Light? Because the last ray of light of a day in Puerto de Andratx arrives just here. Conversely, from here you can see the sunset longest and most often.
